5. Return and Exchange Policy

Right of Withdrawal

  • Under the Consumer Protection Code, customers have 7 days from receipt to return products without justification.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used during purchase:
  • Credit Card: Refund processed on the next or subsequent billing cycle.
  • Bank Slip or Bank Transfer: Refund via bank deposit to the customer’s preferred account.
  • Pix: Refund via Pix to the customer’s preferred bank account.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges require a valid reason.
  • Pirilampa will provide a replacement or repair within 30 days based on the reason and customer preference.
  • Exchange requests must be made exclusively via WhatsApp at (11) 93033-6263.
  • For defects or incorrect items, a photo must be attached.
  • Once approved, customers will receive a reverse shipping code via WhatsApp.
  • Customers should send the packaged product to the nearest post office, ensuring it is well protected.

Post-Return/Exchange Process

  • Returned products will be inspected to verify no use or alterations.
  • Upon approval:
  • Exchanges will be fulfilled and delivered within the original purchase timeframe.
  • Refunds will be processed as per the payment method used.
  • Pix refunds occur within 7 calendar days.
  • Credit card refunds depend on the billing cycle and request timing.
